Was wondering if I should run after yesterday's walk and run.
Well, reach home 7:22pm. Had a drink (mixed 1/3 100+ and 2/3 plain water) and then waited 15 minutes (with some stretching) before going down for my run. Initially aimed to do the 5km route. Less than 1km, already felt pain (unlike stitch, as strangely it was on my left side, like just where the stomach is). Around 3km into it, the right side felt something of a stitch. So, walk, walk, jog, stop, stretch, extend arms, try all sorts of stretching!!)
Anyway, after about 4km, managed to just run (w/o much discomfort).
After the 5km completed in 39mins, felt okay and decided to just run the 2km loop in front of my house.
Finished the 7km in 53mins (Ya, negative split for the last 2km, which proves the amount of walking in the 1st 4 km due to the "2" sided stitches).
Quite glad I put it this evening's run as Wed night got office CNY dinner and Thursday outstation for business trip. Wonder if I can run on Friday evening (Sat got pai nian and makan :p). Just see how it goes this Friday :)
