Another run within 1 days. . .

I decided I will run tonight (Monday) despite running 5 km on Sunday evening.

Tonight I did 7.11km in 57mins (7.59min/km) which is faster than I imagined. I feel okay, maybe a little thirsty. Tomorrow, have dinner appointment with slow_runner. Life's getting busy. I shall recall what jodan said to me some time back, that is he runs whenever he can and not just at fixed days or times. I shall do the same :)
