Running during leave day

Took leave to bring son to watch movie and have a nice lunch at Swensen's. Went Bishan GV to watch 'Journey to the Center of the Earth'.

4pm, started my run. Had smothered sun block and brought the Nike drifit cap as it was blazing hot. It was windy but the 4pm - 5pm sun was quite hot.

Was not a good run. Punchek at the 4km mark. My ankle was really painful after 2km mark. Not sure why my sprained ankle from a month back still not fully recovered despite reducing runs. My right knee also not feeling too good. I walked a lot. Even before 3km mark already started some walking. It got worse after that.

Completed 9km in 1 hour, 15mins and 47 secs (8.39mins/km). A really slow time, even by my slow standards. Got to see when I can do my next run.
