NB Real Run coming up soon in just 3 weeks (21 days) and have not run since 5 September 2008 (actually I forgot when till I scrolled down this blog).
This is the time to worry. 24 days since I last even do any jogging or running (excl dashing across the road at traffic junction). When I did the Singapore Bay Run of 10km w/o running for 2 weeks, I was really flat. This is a cause for concern. I have to wonder if my fitness/ stamina level can be rebuilt in abt 2weeks +.
I plan to do a 4-5km run next Tuesday (Sept 30) evening (Hari Raya eve). Hopefully the weather will be alright. That means 1 month since my Sept 05 Run. *Fingers crossed*
