Finally restarted my jogging after 25 days (05/09 --> 30/09). I figured 4km max.
Not sure why, but I ran way too fast, and I was going faster and faster. But worse than the fatigue and slight pressure on across he chest at the 1.5km mark is the slight discomfort on the right ankle as well as above the right knee. Still there......arrrggghhhhh!!!!!!!
Anyway, I finished the 4km in 27mins:45sec (6min 55secs/km - almost a record). Let's see if I suffer frm DOMS tomorrow although it's such a short distance. Think I ran too fast.
Glad I started running at around 7pm+, when it was overcast. It's raining now. I hope to run on Friday evening - 5km loop if possible. *fingers crossed* :))
