Finally, 1st jog in 3+ weeks!

Yes, am so glad finally restarted.

My boss TY asked how am I before going home. Told her still not well with phlegm and flu. She suggested taking chinese herbal drink (the strong yuks type that works) ; p

Reached home at 7:20pm. Drank 1/3 cup of plain water. 15 mins later, after a bit of stretching, went for my 2km route. Wanted to do 2x2km and see how. No particular target.

Ran. 1st km clocked in just under 8mins. Walked 1 km after the first 2.2km without stopping (must be the latte I had earlier the evening). Eventually, did 5km in 39mins. Very happy with myself. See if I can jog again on Sat or Sun evening.
