Got a 7km run in

Ya, just left office before 6pm even though the SNF client wanted 10 copies of the 2nd report. Don't bother so much. Cannot do everything under the sun.

Managed to complete 7km, the 5km route + the 2km route. I clocked 37:25 for 5km and 53mins for 7km. Am happy, a slight negative split some more. But I think I ran too fast, especially for the 1st 2km. When I finished, felt really, really out of breath. Think I pushed myself too hard. But glad my left thigh felt okay.

Anyway, this Sat East Coast got 3km x 2 Banana Relay. See if I feel up to it. 8am at East Coast, still thinking how to get there. . .
