Hiaz. I woke up from my nap at 4:15pm.
Went out for my jog at 5pm. I planned to do 12km though was thinking if that was wise after running 7km on Wed night and Fri night. I started out slow and easy, hoping to hit the targeted mileage.
After finishing the 7km loop, I felt tired but knew I could go on. Continued with my 2km loop. After finishing the 8th km, I knew I was really tired. My left calf also felt that it might start to cramp. (I think I didn't take sufficient fluids b4 starting out). Walked for about 500m of the last km. Though I completed the last km in 7min 24 secs, I knew I would walk much more if I continued. So, I decided to call it quits after 9km completed. 3km short of my targeted 12km (a 25% shortfall) . Time taken 1 hour, 7mins and 24 secs. 67 minutes is pretty good time and pace for me. But I will need a two day break after this. No jogging on Mon or Tues unless I wanna risk over-doing it and damaging myself.
