Started slow slow jog at 7:30pm.
Did a 5km loop + 2km loop. Completed my slow 7km jog in 54 minutes. This Sunday is Punggol Central 5km run. Not sure I want to cheong 5km or run slow, slow.

A struggling jogger - on supervised medication for High BP + lipids, diagnosed with mild Left Ventricular Hypertrophy; trying to maintain a regular fitness regime. I thank God and friends for helping me complete my first HM at AHM 2009.
