Losing fitness

Came back a bit late. Was mentally exxhausted. But had made up my mind to run 5km or more.

Started the run at 7:21pm. It was tough. Before 3km mark, felt some pain on my right shin. I was also breathing quite heavily. Maybe I should not have gone so fast, clocking the 1st km in slightly <7mins.

After the 5km loop, I decided to extend by running the 2km loop. It was tough. The last 800m was a fair bit of walking. But I clocked the 7km in 52mins 30secs (7.5mins/km). I think I better run more before the July Mizuno Wave Run and August SBR.
