Didn't run for a week after SBR. Leg and calves felt bad. But also had CPA SME seminars on 3 nights, CP night.
So, 6:35am started my planned 5-6km run. Bad news is after 1km, my right ankle felt painful each time I land on my right foot. A long way to go but decided I will do the 5km since I already passed the 2km loop turn-off. Otherwise, I might have done 2km or 4km (2km x 2).
The pain on the ankle persisted till I finished my 5km in 35mins and 34 secs. Slightly over 7min/km which means I was going too fast. I hope the ankle thing is temporary. I want to continue jogging.
