This is getting to be a disaster. Just 5km in 37:30 (7min:30secs/km) and I have very painful outer left knee muscles/ligaments (and extremely painful when going down stairs) and my left ankle and foot doesn't feel great either.
If >3 wks of no jogging is not long enough rehab, then I wonder how long is required. I'll take a break after SCSM 2008. Can't do it earlier though. :(
